We have been discussing ideas for our calendar art for this year. The children have decided they want to do a forest with an animal/insect in a focal point. Yesterday we went outside and looked at the trees and the bush for colour inspiration. These photos show the kinds of colours we noticed. The children were only allowed to use the three primary colours and black and white. We will put some photos up of our finished products when we finish!
